Yama Cold Brew Tower – RTD Instructions (1:10 Ratio)

Ratio: 100g coffee : 1000g room temp water
Grind: Medium-coarse (sea salt)
Drip Rate: 1 drop every 1.5–2 seconds
Brew Time: 6–8 hours
Yield: ~900g cold brew

Steps:

  1. Add 100g ground coffee to center chamber; level and insert dispersion screen.

  2. Fill top globe with 1000g room temp water.

  3. Adjust drip rate to 1 drop every 1.5–2 sec.

  4. Let brew 6–8 hrs.

  5. Store cold brew in fridge up to 7 days. Serve over ice or as-is.
