Siphon Brew Guide (1:15 Ratio, 200°F)

What you need:

  • Medium grind coffee

  • Siphon brewer

  • Heat source

  • Scale & timer

  • Stirrer

Ratio: 1g coffee : 15g water
(Example: 30g coffee → 450g water)

Steps:

  1. Add 450g water to bottom chamber

  2. Apply heat until water rises to top

  3. Add 30g coffee to top chamber

  4. Start timer, stir gently to saturate

  5. Brew for 1:00–1:15, stir again

  6. Remove heat, coffee will draw down

  7. Stir and serve hot or over ice.
