Siphon Brew Guide (1:15 Ratio, 200°F)
What you need:
Medium grind coffee
Siphon brewer
Heat source
Scale & timer
Stirrer
Ratio: 1g coffee : 15g water
(Example: 30g coffee → 450g water)
Steps:
Add 450g water to bottom chamber
Apply heat until water rises to top
Add 30g coffee to top chamber
Start timer, stir gently to saturate
Brew for 1:00–1:15, stir again
Remove heat, coffee will draw down
Stir and serve hot or over ice.
