Toddy Cold Brew Instructions (12 oz Coffee, 2 Quarts Water)

What you need:

  • 12 oz (340g) coarse ground coffee

  • 2 quarts (64 oz / ~1900g) cold water

  • Toddy brewer + filter + plug

Steps:

  1. Insert filter and plug Toddy

  2. Add half the coffee, then half the water

  3. Repeat with remaining coffee and water

  4. Stir gently to saturate all grounds

  5. Cover and steep for 12–14 hours (room temp or fridge)

  6. Remove plug, drain into carafe

  7. Dilute 1:3 with water, milk, or ice
