What you need:
Medium grind coffee
Kalita Wave + flat-bottom filter
Scale & timer
200°F water
Mug or carafe
Ratio: 1g coffee : 16g water
(Example: 25g coffee → 400g water)
Steps:
Rinse filter with hot water
Add coffee and level the bed
Bloom: pour ~50g water, wait 30 sec
Slow pour remaining water in steady pulses
Finish by ~2:30
Let drain (total time: 3:00–3:30)
Swirl and serve

What you need:
Medium grind coffee
Kalita Wave + flat-bottom filter
Scale & timer
200°F water
Ice
Mug or carafe
Ratio: 1g coffee : 16g total (hot water + ice)
(Example: 25g coffee → 250g hot water + 150g ice)
Steps:
Add 150g ice to your carafe or mug
Rinse filter, then add 25g coffee
Bloom: pour ~50g water, wait 30 sec
Slow pour remaining 200g water in stages
Finish by ~2:30
Let drain completely (total time ~3:00)
Swirl to chill, serve over fresh ice
