Grind: Medium-coarse (like sea salt)
Coffee: 25g
Water: 400g (200°F)
Steps:
Heat water to 200°F.
Add 25g ground coffee to your enamel mug.
Slowly pour 400g of hot water over the grounds.
Stir gently to fully saturate.
Steep for 4 minutes.
Press down with a filter or carefully decant to avoid grounds.
